Amazingly friendly staff. Yes they've all got foreign accents and a couple of them can be difficult to understand at times, but they're all pleasant extremely hardworking chaps who are happy to repeat themselves if necessary. I order from them regularly, and every time I am greeted with a warm smile, and usually a "Have you seen our latest offer" or "We've got a new range of pizza's coming in next week." This store has NEVER disappointed me with the amazing quality of their pizza, no the speed from making an online order to going and picking it up. The one time there was a mistake, they told me about it at the time (removing "extra cheese" came though to their system as "no cheese at all") and they offered to make me another one on the spot at no extra charge. Brilliant people making amazing pizza at very affordable prices. The only pizza place worth going to in this town (There's two Domino's and they're both dire). Literally the only downside to this store is that their front door never closes properly.Parking: Decent parking area out front shared between two takeaways and a co-op. Gets busy at time but always at least one space whenever I visit.

Pizzas are ok as a standard pizza goes. Very overpriced. The worrying thing is I ordered a pizza to collect, Paid by card online with the order. When my husband went to collect it he was told I hadn't paid, he was confused ,so he paid again with cash. I telephoned when he got home and told me. I was told there was a "glitch" in the system and my money would be refunded into my bank in days. days later no refund. I rang again to complain and told I would have to call Head Office. I told them I would not as they took my cash so I want cash back. After toing and throughing they eventually offered cash back. Not a good enough service. Please make sure when you order online and pay you take evidence of payment.

Just wanted to say thank you so much. My fiancé and I have been looking for a reason to go healthier, and after such a shocking service from your store it's just the push we needed. Ordered two pizza's, the cinnamon desert, and a cheesy garlic bread at :, needed it to turn up before : as my other half was going out. I called up at : to find out where it was, the person on the phone was short with me and ended up hanging up on me. Pizza arrived at :, ever so slightly warm, but by the time I sat down to eat it, was cold and rock solid, however after waiting pretty much hours for it, I didn't really have any time left to cook something else.I was told that they were waiting on a driver, so perhaps hire more drivers? Can only imagine this is caused from poor management, as this is not the first time we have waited hours for our food. There won't be a third.

Ordered the giant cookie but when it got here the box said it was what I ordered but instead the store had placed a cinnapie without labelling it correctly. Nearly causing a child with a cinnamon allergy to eat it before we realised the stores mess up. No allergen info and when I called the restaurant and spoke to the staff they decided that the second I mentioned the cinnamon allergy they hung up on me. Shocking customer service. The company should start hiring local instead of these people who clearly lack even basic common sense
